In the Dashboard, you can view repayment history for individual accounts. As a result, you can better understand how an applicant has been managing their commitments.

This information is available in the Payments sub-tab within the Credit tab.

Accessing

While logged into the Dashboard, select a Decision from the Decision List or otherwise navigate to the decision you wish to review. Then:

  1. Navigate to the Credit tab.

  2. Click on the Payments sub-tab.

  3. You’ll see a table listing the applicant’s credit accounts. These are organised into:

    • Default accounts

    • Accounts with missed payments

    • Active accounts

    • Paid accounts

  4. Use the account filters at the top to refine your view:

    • All – show all accounts.

    • Our loans only – show only the accounts belonging to your organisation.

    • All (excluding ours) – show debts owed to other organisations.

    • Credit cards only – filter to credit card accounts only.

  5. To view the repayment history for a specific account, click on the account row in the table.
A graph will appear underneath showing repayment data:

    1. Up to 12 months for accounts reported by TransUnion (when available).

    2. Up to 36 months for Own Accounts (accounts the applicant holds with your organisation).

  6. Hover over each bar in the graph to see further detail about that particular month, including the Payment Status, Account Balance, as well as the Credit Limit and Utilisation Percentage (where applicable)

What Information Is Shown?

The repayment history graph provides:

  • Monthly balances – the amount due each month.

  • Credit limit – if applicable (shown as a red dotted line).

  • Payment status – shown by colour-coded bars, one for each month.

Understanding the Colour Key

To help interpret repayment behaviour quickly, we group statuses into categories based on their risk. These are colour-coded:

Colour

Status

Description

🟩 Green

Payment Status OK

The account is fully up to date with no arrears.

🟦 Blue

Payment Agreement

A reduced payment or repayment holiday is in place. You may see the balance decreases slowly. Payment holidays typically last 3 months or less.

🟨 Amber

Early Delinquency

The account is 1 or 2 full payments in arrears.

🟥 Red

Sustained Delinquency

The account is 3–6 payments in arrears.

🟥 Hashed Dark Red

Default

The account is in default.

⚪️ Grey

Other / Undefined Status

Most commonly seen in the first month an account is opened, when no payment is yet due. Often marked as status 'U' on a credit file. No credit risk is implied at this point.

The 🔴 Red Dotted Line shows the credit limit for the account, if one exists.
