Providing detailed information about your organisation and loan products helps build trust with potential borrowers and can significantly improve your conversion rates. When applicants understand who you are and what makes your products unique, they're more likely to choose your offerings over competitors.

This guide will show you how to add compelling information that appears throughout the borrower journey on both the Broker Platform and Loan Matching.

About Your Organisation

You can showcase your organisation's story and values to help applicants understand why they should choose to borrow from you.

Where to add it: Navigate to Settings > Account > Organisation page. Scroll to the bottom to find the multiline text box for organization information.

What to include: Share who you are, your values, experience in the market, and what sets you apart from other lenders. Focus on what matters most to borrowers - such as your commitment to customer service, years of experience, or community focus.

Formatting: The usual text formatting options are available to you, including bold, italics, underline, bullet points, hyperlinks, colour controls etc. We recommend keeping text plain in colour and using bold or underline sparingly.

Recommended length: There isn't a character limit but you should strive to keep the content concise.

Example of effective content: "With over 25 years of experience helping [common bond] lending needs, we pride ourselves on our community focused service and expertise. Our dedicated team works directly with you throughout the entire loan process, ensuring clear communication and fast decisions."

Give applicants detailed information about specific loan products to help them understand if it's the right fit for their needs.

Where to add it: In the 'Product details' tab of your product settings, you'll find the "About this product" free text box.

  • Specific eligibility requirements or ideal borrower profile

  • Special conditions or flexible terms

  • Why this product stands out from similar offerings

  • Processing timeframes or service commitments
