First, a note about passwords. Using the NestEgg dashboard means you are accessing highly sensitive personal information about loan applicants. As a result, it should be as difficult as possible for someone other than you, as an authorised user, to access your account.
Therefore to use the NestEgg dashboard the following requirements must be met. Passwords must be:
Changed at least every three months
Changed if there has been any kind of data breach at the company
Made up of a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols
Never shared
Different to other passwords you use
Not stored in your browser
Resetting your password in the sign in page
On the dashboard sign in page, use the Forgotten password? link to start your journey
After clicking the Forgotten Password? link you'll be sent to the reset password page:
Enter the email address for your user account and then click the "Request password reset" button.
You will then receive an email with further instructions.
Check your spam / junk folder and add nestegg.ai to your white / trusted list in your email settings if the email doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes.
Change your password when logged in
To change the password from within the dashboard, click the Profile icon in the bottom left of the page and then click "Profile" from the resulting menu.
In this case, you can change your password, provided you know your current password. You should practice good information security by changing your password on a frequent basis and at least once every three months.
If you don't remember your password, log out and follow the steps here.
In the Edit Your Profile page, enter your current password and then enter a new password.
Your new password must meet the following rules:
