How to log into the dashboard

If this is your first time logging into the Dashboard then you should first reset your password. For a short guide on how to and what to expect when you do that please read this article and note the password policy below.

Password policy

First, a note about passwords. Using the NestEgg dashboard means you are accessing highly sensitive personal information about loan applicants. As a result, it should be as difficult as possible for someone other than you, as an authorised user, to access your account.

Therefore to use the NestEgg dashboard the following requirements must be met. Passwords must be:

  • Changed at least every three months

  • Changed if there has been any kind of data breach at the company

  • Made up of a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols

  • Never shared

  • Different to other passwords you use

  • Not stored in your browser

To log into the Dashboard all you need to do is enter the email address registered with your user account and your password into the relevant field and then click the "Sign in" button.

Possible problems logging in

Incorrect credentials

If either your email address or your password are incorrect then you may see the following error messages:

This is expected the first time you log in and you should reset your password if this is the case.

Check your email address

If this is not the first time you have logged in then you should double check the email address you are entering. If this is incorrect in anyway then you will not be able to log in.

Check your password

You can reveal the password you are attempting to use by clicking the eye icon in the right hand side of the password box.

Once the eye icon has been pressed, the password will be revealed until the icon is pressed again:

This allows you to double check the password you've entered and correct any errors if there are any.

All details are correct

If all the details you have entered are correct then there may be other issues at play. However, we recommend that you simply follow the Forgotten password? option on the login screen as resetting your password resolves the most common issues.

If you have already tried resetting your password and you are still unable to log in, then please contact support either via the chat icon in the bottom right of the page or by emailing [email protected]

Once logged in

After logging in you will be on the Decisions table page

From here you can access all the functionality that your user profile has access to:
