Selecting decisions
In the decisions list, you can select multiple decisions at once using the checkbox on the right-hand side of each row.
Select one or more decisions by checking the checkbox on their row
Selected rows are highlighted in light blue
You can deselect a decision at any time by unchecking its checkbox
Actions menu
Once at least one decision has been selected, the Actions menu becomes available.
From this menu, you can choose to:
Re‑assign
Accept
Decline
Withdraw
Confirmation modals (Accept, Decline, Withdraw)
For the decision outcome actions — Accept, Decline, and Withdraw — a confirmation modal always opens before anything is processed.
The confirmation modal:
Clearly states what action you are about to take
Shows which decisions are included
Requires a Reason before the action can be confirmed
Information shown in the modal
For every decision that can be acted on, the modal shows:
Applicant name
Loan amount
Reason field
Providing a Reason is mandatory for all Accept, Decline, and Withdraw actions
The confirm button remains disabled until a reason is entered
Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (
*)
Approval limit
You can only bulk process decisions that are within your approval limit.
If your selection includes decisions that exceed your approval limit:
You will be clearly informed which decisions cannot be processed and why
You may still proceed with the action for the decisions within your limit
If none of the selected decisions can be processed, the modal will explain why and no confirmable action will be shown.
Maximum selection limit
You can bulk Accept, Decline, or Withdraw up to 10 decisions at a time.
This limit:
Helps prevent user error
Keeps confirmation modals readable
Ensures key decision information is always visible
There is no limit on the number of decisions that can be re‑assigned.
If more than 10 decisions are selected and you attempt to Accept, Decline, or Withdraw:
A message explains that the maximum is 10 decisions
Your selection is retained
You can simply deselect some decisions and try again
Note that you can set the 'rows per page' to 10 in order to easily avoid selecting too many decisions. Combined with the filters and search options of the decisions list, this can be a powerful way of quickly finalising multiple decisions.
Accept
You can accept up to 10 decisions at once.
Steps:
Select the decisions using the checkboxes
Open Actions and choose Accept
Review the applicant names and loan amounts
Enter a Reason
Confirm the action
The Accept decisions button:
Is enabled only after a reason is entered
Is colour‑coded green to clearly indicate acceptance
Decline
Declining decisions follows the same flow as accepting:
Select up to 10 decisions
Choose Decline from the Actions menu
Review the listed decisions
Enter a mandatory reason
Confirm the action
The Decline decisions button is colour‑coded red to clearly indicate a decline action.
Withdraw
You can also withdraw up to 10 decisions at once.
Important notes:
A reason is required before withdrawing
The Withdraw decisions button is colour‑coded blue
Withdrawing a decision is final and cannot be undone
Please ensure you intend to permanently withdraw the selected decisions before confirming.
ID-only
ID‑only decisions are decisions that do not yet have sufficient data to be processed.
They cannot be accepted, declined, or withdrawn
If ID‑only decisions are selected:
A warning message explains that they cannot be processed
If ID‑only decisions are selected together with valid decisions:
You may continue with the bulk action
The action is applied only to the valid decisions
ID‑only decisions are excluded
Re-assignment
Decisions can be re‑assigned individually or in bulk.
Common reasons for re‑assignment include:
Temporary absence of a Loan Officer
Workload balancing
Assigning certain applications (e.g. high‑value loans or specific sources) to specific reviewers
Re‑assignment does not have the 10‑decision limit that applies to Accept, Decline, and Withdraw.
Practical use cases
Examples of how bulk decision actions can be used effectively:
Filtering the decisions list by date and bulk withdrawing outdated decisions
Reviewing decisions individually, then bulk accepting the final set
Quickly declining or withdrawing multiple decisions that no longer meet criteria
Re‑assigning decisions when team responsibilities change
